Our 2024 season vendor application is officially open now through Monday, April 8th, 2024. The season runs every Saturday morning, RAIN OR SHINE, from 8am-noon. Dates: Saturday, May 4th - Saturday, November 23rd. There is a $25 application fee for first-time vendors and will only be charged if you are accepted to our market. Please read the following information before taking the time to fill out the application.
This application IS for the following types of vendors: Farmers/Growers: You grow or raise the products you will sell at the Market. Including but not limited to: vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, plants, seafood, meats, eggs, honey, and dairy products.
Non-Farm Food Vendors:Ready to eat foods made by the seller. You do not grow your ingredients, but you use Jersey Fresh ingredients or fresh ingredients from our region (NJ, PA, DE) to make your food products as much as possible.
Café/Temporary Food Facility: Vendors who are preparing food on-site and/or sampling foods/beverages. Examples: made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, pre-made hot sandwiches, hot/iced coffee by the cup, etc. Note: vendors who use Jersey Fresh ingredients in their prepared foods will always be given priority over those who do not.
Non-Farm, Non-Food: Have a product that you think would be a good fit but doesn't fall into another category? Including, but not limited to: soaps, skincare/body care products, candles, tinctures, etc. We accept a very limited amount of these vendors during our regular season, and only if space allows. Otherwise, you may be eligible for a space in November when we open more spaces to artists/makers during Handmade Holidays.
Local non-profits - registered 501(c) or 501(c)4, Market Sponsors and Collingswood organizations/businesses may request a space by emailing kgoodman@collingswood.com with information about your organization/business. We do set aside a certain number of spaces each week for these categories, but they are first come, first served and must be booked in advance.
